Fields Committee Meeting Notes 4/3/15
Lengthy discussion on the opening of fields. Most fields that still have questions will remain
closed till the weekend. Each league rep is asked to walk fields (I will also do daily walks) and
we will review on daily basis on when each field gets ok to open
Once fields are open we will follow protocol on rain days where I will be making decision
by 2 pm on whether fields are open or closed so please be checking emails

Quick review of Playground assessment that was circulated last month. All parties thought
plan was very good
Quick discussion on the rumor of Lucent property being sold and how that would impact the
fields. The consensus is that even if the land is sold we will still not see an impact for a couple of
years. Discussion then moved if the land was sold working with owners to see if fields can
remain. Much more to follow on this.
