Dear Mr. Simons:
Hudson Design Group LLC (HDG) is pleased to provide the following information for the
completed residential project at 681 Great Pond Road in North Andover MA. Per the
requirements of Notice of Decision and Watershed District Special Permit (3/21/17) for the
dwelling addition, general conditions and performance bond, HDG confirms that the building
addition, landscaping, lighting, and site layout substantially comply with the previously
submitted and permitted plans.
The reference plan is "Watershed Special Permit Plan Aquilina Residence, Map 63 Lot 26, at 681
Great Pond Road, with 3/13/17 and 3/24/17 revisions. I completed a final inspection on May
14, 2018.
