NORTH ANDOVER PLANNING BOARD
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11,the North Andover Planning
Board will hold a Public Hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing Application for a Watershed Special Permit under Sections 4.136,
10.3 and 10.31 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw. The
Applicant proposes to construct a 656 square foot addition to the
single story ranch house in the Non-Discharge Zone. The project is
located within the Residential 1 (R-1)Zoning District.
