The 7/11/2017 decision permitted a 24'x 24' single story addition,minor driveway expansion,and associated drainage mitigation/site grading. All the work onsite is completed and the site is fully stabilized by landscaped means. The driveway has finish pavement and there are no signs of any site erosion. An As-built plan has been prepared by this office dated 6/4/2018, scale 1"=20' that reflects the as-built condition of the additions,driveway, drainage infrastructure, and site grading.
