Compliance with Watershed Special Permit Modification
To Whom It May Concern:
In accordance with the Watershed Special Permit Decision on 7/11/2017(recorded in Book: 15175 Page 149)
this letter is prepared to state that the site has been constructed in substantial compliance with the approved
plan and decision. The 7/11/2017 decision permitted a 24'x 24' single story addition,minor driveway
expansion,and associated drainage mitigation/site grading. All the work onsite is completed and the site is
fully stabilized by landscaped means. The driveway has finish pavement and there are no signs of any site
erosion.
An As-built plan has been prepared by this office dated 6/4/2018, scale 1"=20' that reflects the as-built
condition of the additions,driveway, drainage infrastructure, and site grading. I am also attaching photos to
this letter showing the as-built condition.
