Dear Board Members:
On June 6, 2017 your Board issued a Watershed Special Permit for the construction of an addition
and a screened porch onto the existing dwelling located at the above referenced property. The
project has been completed and the applicant is requesting to have the performance bond
released.
In accordance with Condition 20 of the permit, please find enclosed 1 copy of the as-built plan
(we will also email you a .pdf file of the plan). All work has been satisfactorily completed in
accordance with the approved plans and the Special Permit.
We respectfully request that the performance bond be released to Greg Penney.
