Tree Removal
Conservation Conditions of Approval,NACC #219
Pursuant to section 4.4.2 (I.) of the North Andover Wetlands Protection Regulations,Tito &Jane
Tschirhart, applicants/home owners, filed for a small project for ivory proposed at 283 Campbell
Road, North Andover. The proposed work includes removal of eight (8) trees outside of the 25-
Foot No-Disturbance Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetland (BVVI) as depicted on the herein
referenced plan.Additional trees are to be removed outside of the 100' Buffer Lone to BVW.
During the August 22, 2018 public meeting, the North Andover Conservation Commission voted
unanimously to approve this project. The project is approved only as it relates to the Conservation
Commission and any other necessary approvals should be obtained by the applicant/home owner.
The applicant is responsible for determining property boundaries. All work shall conform to the
following:

The following conditions are hereby mandated.
CONDITIONS:
1. Prior to the start of work the applicant shall ensure, that the site contractor has reviewed the
Small Project Permit and is aware of the wetland resource area and the limits of the proposed
work.

2. No machinery will enter wetland resource areas or the 50-foot No-Build Zone. Care shall be
taken to prevent damage to surrounding trees during removal of the approved trees.
3. All tree limbs,brush, and other debris shall be taken off site and disposed of properly (Cyr
Recycling Center) or removed outside of the 100' Buffer Zone.
4. 'frees shall be cut flush with the ground. No stump removal is permitted.
5. Once tree removal is complete, all disturbed areas will be stabilized with mulch or other
approved means.
6. Upon completion of the approved project and site stabilization,please contact the Conservation
Department for a final inspection.
7. This permit shall expire six months from the date of issuance.
