The following is a summary of the existing zoning of parcels in the immediate area surrounding 1018 Osgood

The parcel is currently zoned Industrial – 2.
This zoning allows, among other uses, research and development, retail and food as an accessory use, medical center or clinic, recreational
uses and light manufacturing.
Two abutting parcels and a parcel on the opposite side of Osgood St. are zoned Business – 2.
This zoning allows, among other uses, retail, professional
service, professional offices, eating and drinking establishments, multi-family dwellings, medical center or clinic and farming.
An office building with professional services and restaurants
and a glass company are located on these parcels.
A parcel located diagonally across Osgood St. is zoned General Business.
This zoning allows, among other uses, retail and wholesale
stores, professional offices, restaurants, gas stations, residential use as an accessory use and farming.
