TOWN OF NORTH ANDOVER PLANNING BOARD
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11,the North Andover Planning
Board will hold a public hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: Application for a Watershed Special Permit under Sections
4.136.3.c.ii and 10.3 of the Zoning Bylaw within the Non-
Disturbance Zone Buffer of the Watershed Protection District, but
outside of the 100' Wetland Buffer Zone. Applicant seeks to
modify an existing single family home by constructing a 1,696
square foot addition to the existing structure, associated grading
and landscaping in combination with the razing of an existing
accessory structure(garage).
