The parcel is currently zoned  This zoning allows, among other uses, research and development, retail and food as an accessory use, medical center or clinic, recreational uses and light manufacturing. Business – 2 Two abutting parcels and a parcel on the opposite side of Osgood St. are zoned .  This zoning allows, among other uses, retail, professional service, professional offices, eating and drinking establishments, multi-family dwellings, medical center or clinic and farming.  An office building with professional services and restaurants and a glass company are located on these parcels. General Business A parcel located diagonally across Osgood St. is zoned .  This zoning allows, among other uses, retail and wholesale stores, professional offices, restaurants, gas stations, residential use as an accessory use and farming.  Professional offices and restaurants are located on this parcel. Business-2 Rezoning 1018 Osgood St. to would allow for uses that are consistent with established uses in the immediate area. 1
