The following is my response to your comments regarding the above project. The responses are in the same order as you
presented them
1. No response necessary
2. 1 have relocated the driveway outside the non-disturbance zone. A drawing will follow
3. There aren't any tributaries within 200 feet of the site. I assume surface water bodies does not include vegetated
wetlands
4. The primary soil on site is a Charlton. The remaining soil is a Sutton.We can do test pits if you wish or include
requirement for test pits prior to construction as part of the order
5. Any infiltration along the drive closer than 10 feet to the drive has been removed
6. A note regarding landscaping will be added to the plan
7. Notes for stormwater maintenance will be added to the plan
8. A construction sequence will be added to the plan
9. The stone size has been increased to 2 inch minimum
There was another wetland within 400 feet that I have added to the plan. It is in the Berrington Place subdivision. It does
not change our work or zones in which the work is proposed. I will add a supplemental plan to show all three wetlands that
effect the site.
