Upon reviewing the proposed car garage at#59 Bonny Lane for conformance with the Town's Zoning
Bylaws,it is our determination that this propoject will have a minimal impact on the Watershed District
and the surrounding properties.The submitted plans( "Plan of Land in North Andover prepared by
Merrimack Engineering,dated October 4, 1999)indicate the proposed structure to be located almost
entirely on existing impervious surfaces.The indicated removal of 84 gift.of impervious area is greater
than the new impervious areas and thus creates a net gain in pervious surface. The Board should monitor
the proposed construction to verify use of erosion control structures, which should be left in place until
all proposed grading has been stabilized.
