Planning Board will hold a public hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: Application for a Watershed Special
Permit under Section 4.136, 3.c.11 of the
North Andover Bylaw. The applicant
seeks to construct a proposed single-family
dwelling with attached garage, driveway
and associated utilities. Property is located
in the R-1 zoning district.
