application shall be filed with the Town Clerk"s Office. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to furnish all supporting
documentation with this application. The dated copy of this application received by the Town Clerk or the Zoning Board of Appeals
does not absolve the applicant from this responsibility. The petitioner shall be responsible for all expenses for filing and legal

9.1. The proposed addition is a 14'x 16',4-Season finished sunroom on the back of the house for use by
the current home owner.
9.2 It will take the place of where the current deck now stands and attaches to the house.This will
provide easy access from inside the house, and will be minimally visible from the street.
The addition will be 14' along the back of the existing house, and extend out 16' in the backyard.
9.3 There will be no nuisance or hazard to vehicles or pedestrians.
9.4 The current deck will be removed,and a new, 10'x 10' deck built next to it, attached to the addition
room.
9.5 The addition will not have a basement, but will stand on pillars, as will the new deck.As a result,
there will be minimal disturbance to the ground and surrounding area and underground drainage won't
be impacted. The use will be in harmony with the purpose and Intent of the Zoning Bylaw.
The room will have 12 casement windows, a single glass door opening to the deck,vaulted ceiling, gas
fireplace, and connect to the existing dining area.
The flooring will be hardwood,to match the existing dining/kitchen area.

9.6 The reason for the Special Permit is that the lot is located in the Watershed district. Since the new
addition will not involve digging for a basement, but only for two pillars, disturbance to the area will be
minimal, and drainage into the Watershed will remain intact.
