Owner/Applicant: North Andover Country Club
Dear Board Members:
On September 5, 2017 your Board issued a Watershed Special Permit for the construction of a
patio/fire pit with associated landscaping for the above referenced property. The project has
been completed and the applicant is requesting to have the performance bond released.
In accordance with Condition 18 of the permit, please find enclosed 2 full-size copies & 2 11x17
copies of the as-built plan (we will also email you a .pdf file of the plan). All work has been
satisfactorily completed in accordance with the approved plans and the Special Permit.
We respectfully request that the performance bond be released to the North Andover Country
Club.
