Please find enclosed the revised Site Plan to accompany the Watershed Special Permit for 500 Great Pond
Road (North Andover Country Club). Per TEC's review, the site plan has been revised to show the proposed gas
and electric services for the fire pit. We have also revised the operation and maintenance plan for the
permeable paver patio per TEC's comments and added it to the site plan. if you have any questions please
