NORTH AN'DOVER BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT
NORTH ANDOVER BOARD OF APPEALS Notice is hereby given that the Beard of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall at
120 Main Street, North Andover, MA on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at 7:30 PM to all parties interested in the petition of James Lafond
for property at 329 Osgood Street (Map 0095, Parcels 0046), North Andover, MA 01845 in the R-4 Zoning District. The
applicant is requesting variances pursuant to Town of North Andover Zoning IBylaws, Section 7.3 (Table 2) for construction of a 16x22
garage within the R-4 Zoning district. A Variance from Section 7.3, Table 2 (Dimensional Requirements) of the Zoning Bylaws, for one
side setback in the R-4 Zoning District to construct an addition of a 16x22 garage to the existing home, Side setback proposed is 1.0,0
feet, the required side setback per Table 2 is 15.0 feet, the relief Variance needed is 5.0 feet. A Variance from Section 7.3, Table 2
(Dimensional Requirements) of the Zoning Bylaws, for one rear setback in the R-4 Zoning District to construct an addition of a 16x22
garage to the existing home. Rear setback proposed is 10'.0 feet, the required rear setback per Table 2 is 30.0 feet, the relief Variance
needed is 20.0 feet, Application and supporting materials are available for review at the office of the Zoning Department located at 120
Main Street, North Andover, MA, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from the hours of 8:00 am-4:00 pm, Tuesday from the hours of
