RE: Construction of a Sunroom
Dear Mr. Walker:
At the May 17, 2005 Planning Board meeting,the Board heard the following proposed

The proposed project is a small 16' x 18.6' single-story sunroom addition to the existing
residential dwelling unit. This will require the construction of a foundation with negligible
grading. The footprint of the existing building will not significantly increase and the project will
not disturb the existing topography. The project as presented is located more that 200' from
delineated wetlands and will not increase surface/subsurface runoff or impact the watershed and
water resource areas.
At the regularly scheduled Planning Board meeting on May 17, 2005,the Planning Board voted
unanimously to GRANT a WAIVER for a Watershed Protection District Special Permit from
Section 4.136(8)with the following conditions: (1) a written construction scheduling sequencing,
(2)the Town Planner will perform 2 site inspections, (3)the plan titled"Plot Plan Showing
Proposed Addition"for James S. Walker, 10 Bridle Path,North Andover, Massachusetts by
Andover Consultants, Inc., 1 East River Place, Methuen, Massachusetts, dated March 24, 2005 is
adhered to.
