EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Executive Session convened at 7:00 p.m.
ATTENDANCE: The following were present: James Xenakis Chairman; Thomas Licciardello; Daniel P.
Lanen; Mark J.T. Caggiano; Rosemary Connelly Smedile, Mark Rees, Town Manager; Ray Santilli,
Assistant Town Manager.
The Board of Selectmen was individually polled and each voted to move into Executive Session. Vote
approved 5-0.
Collective Bargaining
Lawsuit
Assessment Center for Fire Chief
The Assessment has been scheduled for March 4, 2008 and there are three candidates William
Martineau, Michael Beirne and Andrew Melnikas. The results of the assessment would be presented at
the Board's March IC'h meeting
ADJOURNMENT:
Thomas Licciardello made a MOTION, seconded by Mark Caggiano, to move out of Executive Session.
^ Vote approved 5-0.
