EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Executive Session convened at 7:00 p.m.
ATTENDANCE: The following were present: Chairman Rosemary Connelly Smedile, Daniel P. Lanen;
Richard A. Nardella;Tracy M.Watson; Mark Rees,Town Manager; Ray Santilli,Assistant Town Manager.
Note: Labor Counsel Tim Norris was present
Note: Mark J.T. Caggiano was absent.
The Board of Selectmen was individually polled and each voted to move into Executive Session. Vote
approved 4-0.
Note: Daniel Lanen recused
Collective Bargaining
Collective Bargaining with DPW and Librarians Unions
Ray Santilli Assistant Town Manager informed the Board that the AFSCME unions have ratified their
contracts and requested the Board of sign and ratify.
Tracy Watson made a MOTION, seconded by Richard Nardella,to ratify and sign the DPW contract.
Vote approved 4-0
Tracy Watson made a MOTION, seconded by Richard Nardella, to ratify and sign the Librarians contract.
Vote approved 4-0
Collective Bargaining with Clerical Union
Tracy Watson made a MOTION, seconded by Richard Nardella, to accept and sign the Memorandum of
Agreement for the Clerical Union. Vote approved 4-0.
ADJOURNMENT:
Tracy Watson made a MOTION, seconded by Daniel Lanen, to move out of Executive Session. Vote
approved 4-0.
