158 Coachmans Lane, Deborah Boudreau: Waiver Request for a Watershed Special Permit under Sections 4.136 and
of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw. The Applicant proposes to construct a 230 Square Foot deck within the Non-
Disturbance Zone. The project is located within the Residential 1 (R-1) Zoning District.
