Dean and Deborah Boudreau Re: Consideration for construction of a deck over existing patio We are applying for a permit to construct a deck on the back of our house. Its over an existing patio. We have lived at this house at 158 Coachman lane for the past 25 1/2 years. The scope of the deck is 1Ox23 equaling 230 sq feet. It will be attached to the house on 2 sides and be above the existing patio which has a pea stone surface and the project will not expand the existing footprint of the structure. The proposed project will not impact anything regarding the wetlands and will not disturb existing topography. This parcel is on town sewer. We also agree to schedule a minimum of two inspections conducted by the town planner during the construction process to ensure proper erosion control is established during the construction process. The town planner can stop construction if the proper erosion control is not in place. Thank you, and we are looking forward to the planning board meeting.
