Dear Mr. Long:
The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on September 9 , 1986 upon the
application of John J. Enright requesting a variance of Section 7 , Para.
7. 1 , 7 . 2 , 7. 3 , and Table 2 of the Zoning ByLaws so as to permit creation
of a new lot on Camden Street to construct a 2-family dwelling thereon
and variance for existing building . The following members were present
and voting: Frank Serio , Jr . , Chairman , Alfred Frizelle , Vice-chairman ,
Augustine Nickerson, Clerk , William Sullivan and Walter Soule .
The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on August 21 and
August 28 , 1986 and all abutters were notified by regular mail . On a
motion made by Alfred Frizelle and seconded by Augustine Nickerson , the E.
Board voted to GRANT the variances subject to the following conditions :
1 . Only a single-family dwelling be constructed on Lot B .
2 . Access to Lot B shall be from Wayne Street only and that
no access to Lot B shall be allowed from Camden Street .
3. Revised plans be submitted and approved by the Board before
a building permit can be issued .
The Board finds that the provisions of Section 10 . 4 of the Zoning ByLaws
have been satisfied and that the construction of a single family dwell-
ing would not adversely affect the neighborhood .
