HomeMy WebLinkAbout- Legal Notice - 102 SUGARCANE LANE 11/27/2018 Legal Notice North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall at 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at 7:30 PM to all parties interested in the petition of Mark DiFonte for property at 102 Sugarcane Lane (Map 106.A, Parcels 0264), North Andover, MA 01845 in the R-1 Zoning District. The applicant is requesting Variances pursuant to Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaws, Section 7.3, Table 2 (Dimensional Requirements) in the R-1 Zoning District for a 12' x 16' shed. A Variance from Section 195-7.3, Table 2 (Dimensional Requirements) of the Zoning Bylaws, for one side setback in the R-1 Side setback proposed is 21.0 feet, the required side setback per Table 2 is 30.0 feet, the relief Variance needed is 9.0 feet. A Variance from Section 195-7.3, Table 2 (Dimensional Requirements) of the Zoning Bylaws, for one rear setback in the R-shed. Rear setback proposed is 6.0 feet, the required rear setback per Table 2 is 30.0 feet, the relief Variance needed is 24.0 feet. Application and supporting materials are available for review at the office of the Zoning Department located at 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA, on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from the hours of 8:00 am-4:00 pm, Tuesday from the hours of 8:00 am-5:30 pm, and Friday from the hours of 8:00 am- 11:30 am.
