North Andover regulations require the soil absorption system to be 100' from wetlands. We are requesting a variance to have the system 75.4' from wetlands at the closest point. This will allow the soil absorption system to be at the best soil conditions and the most suitable area on the property. Thank you. I appreciate your consideration. Sincerely, Douglas J.
