Re: Variance Request for Jay Sousa 404 Summer street
Date of plan - 1-4-2018
Dear Board of Health:
Please accept this letter as my request for consideration for below variance.
North Andover regulations require the soil absorption system to be 100' from wetlands.
We are requesting a variance to have the system 75.4' from wetlands at the closest point.
This will allow the soil absorption system to be at the best soil conditions and the most
suitable area on the property.
Thank you. I appreciate your consideration.
Sincerely,
Douglas J. Smith CWS RS SE
