Pre-existing non-conforming structures or uses,however,may be extended or altered,provided that no such extension or alteration shall be permitted unless there is a finding by the Board of Appeals that such change, extension,or alteration shall not be substantially more detrimental than the existing non-conforming use to the neighborhood. Jn all districts except Village Commercial and Corridor Development District front setbacks along Route 114 shall me a minimum of 100 feet the first 50 feet of front setbacks under this requirement shall be made to provide,an effective visual buffer and no parking shall be permitted. 2. Adjacent to residential district,an additional IS foot side or rear setback shall be required. The first 15 feet of the total setback abutting the residential district shall remain open and green,be suitable landscaped,un-built upon,unpaved and not parked upon.
