under Sections 195-4.17 and 195-10.7 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw. The Applicant proposes replanting
of landscaping in the Non-Discharge and Non-Disturbance Zones. The project is located within the Residential
1 (R-1) Zoning District1
495 Main Street, Town of North Andover: Application for a Special Permit Site Plan Review under
sections 195-8.10 through 8.17 and 195-10.7 of the Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaw. The Applicant
proposes to construct a recreational complex including athletic fields, tennis courts, picnic areas and associated
parking areas, walkways and emergency/maintenance access paths. The Property is located in the Residential
4(R4) Zoning District.
