It is the opinion of this firm that the building, landscaping, and site layout substantially comply with the plans referenced at the end of the decision approved by the North Andover Planning Board April 3, 2018. The following items were found to have been constructed differently than as shown on the design plan. 1. The stone infiltration trench has been constructed on the west side of the driveway as opposed to the east side as shown on the approved plan. Thus the driveway was constructed to slope from east to west as opposed to west to east. 2. Downspouts have been installed in a slightly different configuration than as shown on the approved plan. However,the overall goal of mitigating the roof runoff has been achieved.
