CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARINGS
495 Main Street,Town of North Andover: Application for a Special Permit—Site Plan Review under sections 195-8.10 through
8.17 and 195-10.7 of the Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaw. The Applicant proposes to construct a recreational complex
including athletic fields,tennis courts,picnic areas and associated parking areas, walkways and emergency/maintenance access paths.
The Property is located in the Residential 4(R4)Zoning District.
350 Winthrop Avenue,Delta MB LLC: Application for a Site Plan Review Special Permit under sections 195-8.8(D)(5)&195-10.7
of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw for Common Parking Areas and Multiple Use Facilities and a modification to a September 2,
1998 special permit to perform certain site improvements to correct existing ADA deficiencies. The site improvements will result in a
loss of fourteen(14)parking spaces. The property is located in the B-3,B-4&R-4 zoning districts.
Annual Town Meeting Zoning Bylaw/Map Amendment Articles:
Article 27: To amend the Town's Zoning Map-Parcel 106.D-0045-0000.0(1874 Turnpike Street)to be included within the
Business 2 zoning district.
Article 28: To amend the Zoning Bylaw,Article 5 Earth Material Removal,to provide for exemptions from requirements for
certain activities.
Article 29: To amend the Zoning Bylaw,Article 16 Corridor Development District(CDD),permitted uses to allow for drive-
through facilities for banks with the CDD1 and CDD2 zoning districts by special permit and to amend the dimensional
requirements within the CDD2 zoning district.
Article 30: To amend the Zoning Bylaw, Article 6 Signs and Sign Lighting Regulations,requirements and permitting process
for certain signs and to delete sections of Article 6 that are inappropriately categorized as sign regulations.
NEW PUBLIC HEARINGS
495 Main Street,Town of North Andover: Application for Special Permits,Access Other Than Legal Frontage and Common
Driveway under sections 195-7.2.13 and Section 195-2.2 of the North Andover Zoning By-law. The Applicant proposes to develop a
new recreation complex with access through existing driveways at the Early Childhood&Kindergarten Schools and North Andover
Middle School. The Property is located in the Residential 4(R4)Zoning District.
100 Willow Street,Gourmet Specialty Foods: Application for a Special Permit-Site Plan Review Special Permit under sections
195-8.8.D(8)&195-8.1 LA(3)of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw. The Applicant proposes to modifications to the required
screening/landscaping of off-street parking& for an existing facility requiring five or more additional parking spaces. The property is
located in the Industrial 1 (I-1)zoning district.
DISCUSSIONS
102 South Bradford Street: Watershed Special Permit waiver request to allow for the construction a 40'X12' gravel driveway
within the non-discharge zone.
