Complaint: Restroom facilities are very unsanitary. 20 feet from meat and produce
departments. Needs total renovation.

Findings: Spoke with 2 managers upon arriving at Market Basket. Noted unused toilet paper &.
some paper towels scattered on floor of women's bathroom. Advised manager to have someone
sweep bathrooms (one manager stated an employee cleans bathrooms 2-3 times per day). No
other violations noted at this time. Will continue to monitor situation for future complaints.
