Pursuant to section 4.4.2 (A) of the North.Andover Wetlands Protection Regulations, Carl Cincotta,

North Andover, The proposed work is to rebuild front deck as existing, and replace the existing C'
by 12'back deck with a 6'by 10' deck. Removal of the existing hot top and regrading and repaving
of the driveway within the existing footprint is also proposed. The applicant also proposed to install
three.AC condensers in the back corner of the house, next to the driveway. All proposed work is
more than 50' from the top of bank associated with the Shawsheen.River.
During the March 27, 2019 public meeting, the North Andover Conservation Commission voted
unanimously to approve this project. The project is approved only as it relates to the Conservation
Commission and any and all other approvals should be obtained by the applicant/home owner. All
work shall conform to the following:

CONDITIONS.
1. Prior to the start of construction the property owner shall ensure that the site contractor has
reviewed the small project permit and is aware of the wetland resource area and the limits of the
proposed work. J

2. Excess construction material shall be properly disposed of offsite and accepted engineering and
construction standards and procedures shall be followed in the completion of the project.'T"here.
shall be no stockpiling of material within 50' of wetland resource areas.
3. The contractor shall install a gravel extension of the driveway in the area of the backyard where
vehicles have been parking. This driveway extension shall be edged with material suitable for
containing the gravel.
4. The contractor shall install salt socks from the back of the house to the end of the driveway
(including the gravel driveway extension), along the side of the driveway facing the Shawsheen
Trivet.
5. Upon completion of the approved project and site stabilization,please contact the Conservation
Department for a final inspection.
6. This permit shall expire six months from the date of issuance.
