This is a violation of 310 CMR 15.000 and needs to be brought into compliance as soon as possible by either connecting to sewer or replacing the septic system. Due to the information mentioned above,we have developed a set of requirements to help manage your septic system until connection to town sewer is completed. The following timeline must be adhered to until then; 1. You must submit a contract with a Septic Hauler agreeing to a Monthly pumping of your Septic System within one week of receiving this letter. 2. You must obtain a Sewer tie-in permit from the Town of North Andover's Department of Public Works within two weeks of receiving this letter. 3. You must have submitted a sewer tie in application to MassDOT within 30 days of receiving this letter. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
