Hampshire
for consideration paid and in full consideration of One Dollar and 00/100 ($1.00)
and other valuable consideration,and pursuant to the terms of a Divorce
Agreement between the parties dated March 30, 1989, in Reynolds v_Reynalds.
Essex Probate and Family Court,Docket No. 89D1392-D1
�' grant to Elizabeth C. Carlson, f/k/a Elizabeth C. Reynolds,an unmarried
woman, of 75 Waverly Road,North Andover, Essex County, Massachusetts,
with quitclaim covenants, all my right,title and interest in and to the following premises:
A certain parcel of land with the buildings thereon located in North Andover,Essex
County, Massachusetts, situated on Waverly Road, formerly Railroad Avenue, as shown
on plan entitled"Plan of Land in Andover, Mass. Surveyed for Charles T. McCarthy,
dated November 20, 1947,R. Brasseur, C.E.,"duly recorded in Essex North District
Registry of Deeds as Plan No: 1838. Said parcel is bounded and described as follows:
SOUTHEASTERLY by Railroad Avenue as shown on said plan 74.83 feet
SOUTHERLY by Lot B as shown on said plan 95.75 feet, continuing
SOUTHERLY by Parcel 2 as shown on said plan 77.18 feet
WESTERLY by Village Land Co., as shown on said plan 58.04 feet
NORTHERLY by land of Mary T. Finn as shown on said plan, 217 feet.
Said above parcel is shown on said plan as Lots A and Land designated Mary A, and
Grace F. McCarthy. Said Lot A consists of 2,210 square feet more or less according to
said Plan and said McCarthy parcel consists of 9,100 square feet more or less according
to said plan.
For title see deed from Ralph P. Ciardiello, Trustee of JY Realty Trust to John F.
Reynolds and Elizabeth C.Reynolds dated October 17, 1980 and recorded with Essex
North District Registry of Deeds in Book 1463,Page 23.
Grantor hereby releases any rights of Homestead which he may have had in the premises
at any time prior hereto. The within premises are currently not homestead property of
grantor.
This deed was prepared by Phillips, Gerstein&Channen,LLF.from information supplied by the grantor,
and at the request of the grantor no Independent examination was undertaken nor did the preparer
otherwise verify the accuracy of the representations contained herein.
