After reviewing the plans and supporting documents for the project the only concern raised by my client is the need for screening along the side of property which borders their property. As such the owner of 83 Waverly is requesting that the Zoning Board of Appeals require in any approval that screening could be conditioned as part of the decision.Tile owner/abutter would prefer a row of evergreens be planted rather then a fence.
