The trash first appeared curbside since at least March 25 (possibly earlier) and have remained at the curb (in the road) in front of the residence at 38 Sargent St. since. I previously reached out to DPW via Report It. They closed the ticket and responded back to me that the trash is not something they can deal with because "it may weigh over 90 lbs or contain items that are also not acceptable".
