ORDER TO ABATE NUISANCE

Dear Property Owner:
Upon inspection of the premises located at 347 'Wood Lane, Massachusetts by the Town of North
Andover Public Health Department, the existing conditions have been deemed to create a
nuisance, generate causes of sickness, and pose an imminent threat to the health and safety of the
general public.
As Director of Public Health,acting on behalf of the North Andover Board of Health,
and in accordance with the provisions of MGL 111,Section 123,I hereby ORDER you to secure
dwelling from all unauthorized access within seventy-two (72) hours of service of this notice
upon you. Your failure to do so will result in your forfeiture of one thousand ($1,000.00) dollars
every day for which you knowingly violate this order, As owner and operator of this property,
it is your responsibility to ensure that the above referenced premises remain safe,secure and
maintained at all times.

Be further advised that if you fail to comply with this order, the Town of North Andover
will remove any nuisance existing as the result of the property abandonment and shall further
secure said unsafe and unsecure structure. As a result the Town will have a claim for all such
expenses for further securing of said parcel. Said expenses shall constitute a debt due to the
Town upon the completion of and shall be recoverable from you in an action of contract.
Further,such debt shall constitute a hen on the land in question designated by a statement of
claim to be signed by the Town Manager or an authorized agent of the'Town of North Andover

stating the amount claimed which will include costs expended by the Town of North Andover
in securing said property due to your willful failure to do so.
