Issues for the commission include inability to confirm a wetland delineation under frozen conditions, proximity of the driveway to the wetland resource area. Lack of material/soil stockpile areas and other construction related details. Lack of wetland delineation/information on the Winter Street portion of the plan. I expect other issues to be discussed when the NOI is filed. Jennifer A.
