B-4 A Special Permit from the Zoning Board of Appeals is required under Section 9,Paragraph 9.1 of the Zoning Bylaw for a non-conforming use(airport)in the Industrial-2 zoning district. C 2-5 Dimensional Variance is required from the Zoning Board of Appeals under Section 7,Paragraph 7.3&Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaw for all setbacks from lease lines in order to construct a new airplane hangar.
