247 Chickering Road,Enterprise Bank: Application for a Special Permit- Site Plan Review Special Permit under 195-
8.10- 8.17 and 195-10.7 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw. The Applicant proposes Construction of a 3,250 sq.ft.
bank branch office with drive-up window. The property is located in the General Business (GB)zoning district.
1725 Turnpike Street,A.L.Prime Enemy Consultant,Inc.: Application for Special Permit—Site Plan Review under
sections 195-8.10— 8.17 and 195-10.7 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw. The Applicant proposes to replace the
existing convenience store with a new, relocated 1,605 sq. ft. building and expand the associated canopy within the
General Business (G-B) Zoning District.
Special Town Meeting Zoning Bylaw Amendment Articles:
Special Town Meeting Article 1 to amend the Town's Zoning Bylaw—Chapter 195, Attachment 3, Table 2
Summary of Dimensional Requirements: to allow for an increase in the maximum building height described
under Table 2 in the Industrial-2 zoning district by Planning Board Special Permit, and to allow for an increase in
the maximum floor area ratio described under Table 2 in the Industrial-2 zoning district by Planning Board Special
Permit.
Special Town Meeting Article 2 to amend the Town's Zonino,Bylaw— Chapter 195, Article 4, Part 4.14.K;
Industrial 2 Zoning District: to delete `solar' as a renewable or alternative energy manufacturing use and add text
under Article 4,Part 4.14.K to clarify that Solar, including Solar Energy Systems, is a permitted use under Chapter
195,Article 8, Part 12.
Special Town Meeting Article 3 to amend the Town's Zoning Bylaw—Chapter 195,Article 8,Part 12, Solar
Enemy Systems: to allow for changes to setback and other locational requirements described under §195-8.88.B
for large-scale ground mounted Solar Energy Systems by Planning Board Special Permit, and to make a technical
correction to the Solar Energy Systems bylaw to specify that all rooftop-mounted Solar Energy Systems are
considered an accessory use.
