247 Chickering Road, Enterprise Bank: Application for a Special Permit - Site Plan Review Special Permit under 195-8.10 - 8.17
and 195-10.7 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw. The Applicant proposes Construction of a 3,250 sq.ft. bank branch office with
drive-up window. The property is located in the General Business (GB) zoning district.
1725 Turnpike Street, A.L. Prime Energy Consultant, Inc.: Application for Special Permit – Site Plan Review under sections 195-
8.10 – 8.17 and 195-10.7 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw. The Applicant proposes to replace the existing convenience store with
a new, relocated 1,605 sq. ft. building and expand the associated canopy within the General Business (G-B) Zoning District.
45 Woodberry Lane, Lisa Torbin-Shaw: Application for a Watershed Special Permit under Part 5. Watershed Protection District
and section 195-10.7 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw. Project involves the construction of a 17’ x 21’ two story addition in the
325 foot Non-Discharge Zone. The project is located within the Residential 3 (R-3) Zoning District.
NEW PUBLIC HEARINGS
127 Marblehead, Centry 1 Realty Trust: Application for a Site Plan Review Special Permit under Part 3 and Section 195-10.7 of
the North Andover Zoning Bylaw. The Applicant proposes to convert the existing building into a four (4) unit multifamily structure
with parking for 8 cars at the rear and north sides of the property. This project is located within the Residence 4 (R-4) Zoning District.

1755 Osgood Street, SB.H, Inc. dba Ruff’n Tumble Playcare: Waiver Request for Site Plan Review under Section 195-8.11.C of
the North Andover Zoning Bylaw. The Applicant proposes to operate a dog day care and training facility within the CCD3 Zoning
District.
