Office of
GOVERNOR
To the Board of Registrars:-. November 7,1928
V;e, the undersignedVo~ers of North Andover, represen~
that we have reason to believe and do believe that the re~urns of
the election officers of the said North Ando+er, of the vo~es cast
at the election on November 6, 1928, for the office of Governor
are erroneous, in this respect: That ~rank O. All~n ~as credited
~ith more and Charles H. Cole with less vo~es than were actually
cas~ for them; and ~e believe'that a recount of the vo~es cast
i~'.said ~ard or ~o~n ~ill effect the e'lec~ion of one or more
candidates a~ such election. ~e therefore ask that ~he vo~es cas~
for said office of ~overnor as

November 8,1928.
TO the Board of Registrars:
We, the undersigned voters of Eorth~tudover, present
that we h~ve reason to believe and do believe that the ret~xrns of
the Election. Officers of the said North Andover,of the votes cast
at the election of November 6, 1928,for %he office of Attorney
General are erroneous, in this respect; that Joseph E. Warner was
credited with more an'd E&ward P..Barry with less vo~es.thanwere
actually cast for them; and ~e believe a recount of the vo~es cast
in the said ward or town will affect the election of one or more
candidates ~ such election. We therefore ask that the vo~es cast
for said office cf Attorney General as
