Voted to i~struct the Selectmen as officers having charge of ~he laying out of highways, in conjunction with the Co~aittee on Roads,to petition the County Commis~ioners,under chapter 289,of She Acts of 1~92~ for relief from the obligation 0f keeping all or any part cf said ways in repair.
