Voted to i~struct the Selectmen as officers having charge of ~he laying out of highways, in conjunction with the Co~aittee on Roads,to petition the County Commis~ioners,under chapter 289,of She Acts of 1~92~ for relief from the obligation 0f keeping all or any part cf said ways in repair. Voted that the Moderator appoint ~ committee of two men qualified to make a comprehensive study of the needs of the various Town Dep~rtments relative to the employment of additional clerical assistants. This committee to report at next annual meeting. Voted that the co~mmittee on streets to work in conjunction with the Highway Surveyor be continued. On Motion of Mr. Eunhardt a vote of thanks was extended to the Moderator, the Advisory Board an~ to the Committee on Streets, for their services to the tovm.
