To either of the ~onetables of.Eorth Andover:- Greeting: In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts,ion are 'hereby required to notify and warn t~e in2tabit~nte of Horth Andover, who are Qualified to rome in Town Affairs, to meem and asseble in the To~'m Hall, on Tuesday, the mwenty-second day of April,1950, at eight o'clock P. E., then and there mo act upon ~he following business : Article 1..
