Article 19.
and that the Treasurer with the approval of the'Selectmen be, and hereby
is, authorized to borrow the additional sum of twelve thousand dollars
C$12,000.00), and to issue bonds or notes of the town therefor in
accordance~with section nineteen of chapter forty-four of the Seneral
Laws, so that the whole loan shall be payable,in accordance with said
section, not more than four years after the date of the issue of the
first.bond or note; and that the pmc~eeds~f said tax and of said
loan be appropriated, and it.is hereby appropriated, to meet said
obligations on account of land damages.
The motion carried by more than two thirds, the vote
being unanimous in the affirmative and so declared.

by the Eighway Surveyor and a competent engineer and they reported
that there is no trouble with the present drainage system, so f~r
as they can find,,b~t that would like more time to locate any possible
trouble.

be taken from the appropriation made for Streets,Highways and Bridges.
