To either of the Constables of the To,wn of North Andover: ~n the name of theCo~nonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of North Andover, qualified to vote in Town Affa_irs , to meet in the Court Room, Town Building, in said North Andover, on Tuesday the second day of August. !932, at eight o'clock P. M,, then and there to act upon the following business: A~i~!e I; To see if the town will appropriate an additional smmof $2000.00, for the current Soldiers~ Relief Appropriation by the transfer of any available.funds from the balance of any a~propriationmade at the last Annual Town Meeting, or from any other available source, to supply a present and prospective deficiency in th~ original appropriation.
