To either of the Constables of the To,wn of North Andover:
~n the name of theCo~nonwealth of Massachusetts, you
are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of North
Andover, qualified to vote in Town Affa_irs , to meet in the Court
Room, Town Building, in said North Andover, on Tuesday the second
day of August. !932, at eight o'clock P. M,, then and there to act
upon the following business:
A~i~!e I; To see if the town will appropriate
an additional smmof $2000.00, for the current Soldiers~ Relief
Appropriation by the transfer of any available.funds from the
balance of any a~propriationmade at the last Annual Town Meeting,
or from any other available source, to supply a present and
prospective deficiency in th~ original appropriation.
Arti'c!e.2. To act on any other business which ~ay
!eg~!lybe considered at this meeting.
And you are directed to serve this warrmnt by posting
true and attested copies thereof at the Town Hall,. and at'five or
more public places in each vo$ing precinct, Said copies to Be hosted
not more than fifteen days nor less than ten days before the time
of holding said meeting.
Hereof fail not and make due return of this warrant
with your doings thereon, to the Town Clerk, mt the time and place
of holding said meeting.

It was yoted that the ~own appropriate the sumof two
thousan~ dollars, which sum is to supply a present and prospective
deficiency in the appropriation made for Soldiers' Relief mt
