To either of the Constables of the ToKn of North Andover: In the name of the Co~mnnwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of the Town of An&over, qualified to vote 'in elections and town affairs to meet in the Engine Souse in precinct one, the Merrimack P~rtable Schoolhouse in voting precinct two, the Union Schoolhouse in voting precinct three and the Tovm Hall in voting precinct fou~, in said North Andove~, ~n Monday ~he Sixth day of Notch k955, am nine o'clock in the forenoon, ~hen'and ~here to act upon the following articles:- Article 1. To elect a Moderator, a Town glerk, a Town Treasumer, three Selectmen~ e~ee members of the Bga=d of Public ~elfarefor one yea=; cae member of the School Committee, one member of the Board of Health, one Assessor of ~axes,.one member of the Board of' Public Works for three years, a Highway Surveyor, a $olleotor of Taxes,, an Auditor, a Tree Warden and five Oonstables for one year,and any and all Town0fficers required by law to be elected by ballot. .All to be voted for on one ballot.
