Essex To either of the Constables of the Town o~ North Andover: Greeting:- In the name of the Cozz~onv~ealth of Eassachusetts, you a~e hereby directed to notify. ~nd w~rn the inh~bitant~ of North Audover, qualified to vote'in Tovm Affairs, to meet in the Court Room, Tow~ Building, in said North Andover, on Eonday the Seventh day of ~ugust 1933, at seven thirty o'clock P. M., then and there to ac:t upon the following business:- Article 1. To see if the town will vote to raise or otherwise a~propriate the ad&itional su~ of two thousand dollars for the current appropriation made for Snow.Removal. Petition of the Selectmen. Article 2. To see if the town will instruct the Selectmen to apply to thc Director of the Division of Fisheries and Game for the appointment of a Fish and Game Warden for the town, as defined in Section ?, Chapter 21, General Laws. Petition of the Selectmen. Article 5. To see if the town will vote to raise and appropriate or otherwise appropriate the sum of one hundred dollars for the salary of a Fish and Game Warden for the current year. Article 4. To see if the tovm will ~ote to sell and convey the real estate formerly occupied by the Pond District School, as recommended by the School Co~m~ittee ~nd voted at the Annual Town Ecetir~ in 1955; and authorize ~he Selectmen to mmke such sale, for such price not less th~n a minimum to be fLxed by the meeting as they find it practicable to obtain;'and authorize and empower the Town Treasurer, in the n~e and behalf of the town, to sign, seal, acknowledge and deliver a deed or deeds giving effect to such sale as the Selectmen may make under the foregoing authorization. And you are directed to cerve this warrant by posting true and attested, copies thereof at the Tox~m Hmll, and at five or more public places in each voting precinct, said copies to be posted not more tS~n fifteen days nor less than ten days before the time of holding said meeting.
