Article 6~ Voted: Thmt the Town Treasurer with the approval of the Selectmen,be and hereby is authorized to borrow money from time ~o time in auticipation of the revenue of the fir~ncial year beginning January 1, 1934,and to issue a note or notes therefor,payable~ithin one yea~, and to renew such note or notes as may be gmven for a period of less th~n one yesm in accordance with section 17, chapter 4~, General I~ws.
