To either of the Comstables of the Town of North Andoverr Greeting:-- In the ~ame of the Commonwealth of massachusetts, you are hereby required to notify and warn the inhabitants cf North ~n~over, who are qualified to vote for Stats, District and ~ounty Officers a~ upon all questions appearing on the ballot, tc meet and assemble in the'designated and appointed polling places in precincts One, 2wo,, ~ee and Four. The Engine House in precinct one, the Eerrimack Portable Bchool in preclnct two., the Union Schoolhouse in precinct three and the Town Hall in precinct four, on TgEBDAT the SIXTH day of NOV~, I9~4, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, to bring into the Election 0ffi~ers their votez for Governor; Zieutenant Governor; $emretary; Treasurer; ~zdito:; Attorney ~eneral; Senator in Congress; Congressman for the Sixth :ongressional Dtstrict;:ou~cillor 'for the E~fth District; Senator for the Fourth Essex District; three Representatives, for the Third Essex Distrio:t; District Attorney for the · E~sltern. District; Clerk of Gourts for. the 0ounty'of Essex; Register of Deeds Essex Northern District; ~ounty Cnmm~ssioner for the County of Essex; two ~ssociate Commissioners County of Essex; Register of Probate an& Insolvency, Essex County,to fill vacancy; and their votes upon the following Question No., 1 Zaw submitted upon referendum petition. Shall a law described as follows:- ·his law amends chapter 1~1, as previously amended b2 repealing section lO~A~thereof and adding thereto three new sections iO§B,iO§~, and.llAA. Semtion lO§B provides that whoever uses any trap or other devise for capture of fur bearing animals, which is not designed to kl~l such animals at once o~ to ta2e it unhurt and which is likely to cause continued suffering to an animal caught therein, shall be fined fifty dollars, but traps or other devises for ~ro~ection of property, set not more than fifty yards from any building, cultivated plot, or enclosures used for rearing poultry or game birds, to the use of which the presence of vermin may be detrimental, are excluded from the 278' . WAmm , Section 10SC pro~ides for the submission to the voters a.t a mmnicipal election in any city or town upon petition, of the question of whether the operation of section 105B shall be suspended or if it has been already suspended, of the question whether it shall again be operative in such city or town. Sectiom ll&A provides that the Commissioner of Conservation m~y suspend the operation of section iO§B for a period not exceeding thirty days Within any specified territory under the control of his de partmemt o The la~ also provides~ for the submission , by the Seleetme~ to the voters at a special town meeting in the current year, upon petition, of the question as to whether the provisions of section iO§B shall be suspended in any town; and which was approved byboth branches of the ~ene=al Court by vote be approved? nor recorded, ~o obtain a full expression of opinion, voters should vote on both the~ following questions: (&) If.m voter desires to permit the sale of any and all alcoholic beverages in this town,he will vote '~ES" .om both questions.
