To the Town Clerk: November S, 1934.
V~e, the undersigned, being ten or more qualified Voters
of North Andover, declare that we have reason to believe, and do
believe that the records of the elec.tion officers of precincts
1, 2, 5, 4, in said North Andover, for the. office of District
Attere~y of Easter District are erroneous.
T~t ballots cast for Jehu J. Foley were counted for
Hugh A. Cregg and ballots cast for John ~. Foley were counte~
for blanks . We believe that a recount of the votes cast in
those precincts will affect the election of the candidates for
District Attorney of Eastern District.
