are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of ~orth Andove=,
Qualified to vo~e in elections and to~n affairs, to meet in the Engine
House in voting precinct one, the ~errimack Portable Schoolhouse in
voting precinct two, the Union Schoolhouse in vqting precinct three
and %he Town Hall in voting precinct four, in Said ~orthAndove~,om
Honday the ~ourth day of march, 1~, at nine o'clock in the ~orenoon,
then and ther~ to act upon.the following articl~s:-
Article 1. To elect a Eoderator, Town Clerk, Town T=easurer,
three Selectmen, three m~mbere of the Board of Public Welfare for one
yea~; one Ass.essor of Taxes for two years,to fill vacancy; one Assessor
of .Taxes, one member of School Committee,o~e member of Board of Health
and one member of the ~oard of Public ~orks fo~ three years; a Highway
Surveyor, ~ Collector of' Taxes, an Auditor, a Tree Warden and five
Constables for one year; and any and.all Town Officers required by
law to be elected by ballo=.
All mo be voted for on one ballot. The polls shall be
opened at nine o'clock A. Ho and shall be closed at eight o'clock

Treasurer, with the approval of the Selectmen~

the revenue of the financial yea~ beginning January l, 19~5, and to
issue a note or notes therefor, payable within one year,and to renew
auy note or notes as may be given for a period of less than one year

Tercentenary Edition, reiative to the establishment of a reserve
police force in town, to cohsist of not more than eight(S) men.
